Getting started

  1. Create your account. Solo and Studio start with 14 days free and no card.
  2. Give Kedova your website. It reads your pages and drafts a brand kit: colours, fonts, logo, tone of voice, audiences, offers and words to avoid. No website? Answer a few questions instead.
  3. Approve your brand kit. Change anything that isn’t right. Nothing is used until you approve it.
  4. Add your documents to the knowledge base — company profile, price lists, policies, past posts. Every claim in your posts must trace back to your website or these documents.
  5. Connect your channels (see below). You can start with the Kedova-hosted blog, which needs nothing.
  6. Add your WhatsApp number in Settings if you want to approve from WhatsApp.
  7. Review your first plan. The Strategist proposes the week; drafts follow for your approval.
Every channel starts in Review mode: nothing publishes until you approve it. You can change the mode per channel later.

Connecting channels

Kedova publishes with access you give it, and stores every token encrypted with a key unique to your workspace. Secrets are never shown again after you save them. Open Channels in the app, pick a platform and paste what it asks for.

LinkedIn page

You need the organisation ID (the number in your page’s admin URL) and an access token with the w_organization_social permission, from a LinkedIn developer app you administer.

Personal LinkedIn profiles can’t be posted to by third parties without approved access, so Kedova drafts them for your approval and you post them from a ready-to-post pack.

X

From your X developer app with read and write permission: API key, API key secret, access token and access token secret.

Facebook page

Your Page ID and a Page access token from Meta for Developers, for a page you manage.

Instagram

An Instagram business or creator account linked to a Facebook page, its Instagram business account ID, and an access token with publishing permission. Hashtags go in the first comment; links don’t click in captions.

Threads

Your Threads user ID and an access token with publishing permission.

Telegram channel
  1. In Telegram, message @BotFather, create a bot and copy its bot token.
  2. Add the bot to your channel as an administrator allowed to post.
  3. In Kedova, paste the bot token and your channel’s username (for example @yourchannel) or chat ID.
WhatsApp messages

For sending to your own opted-in contacts through the WhatsApp Business Platform: your phone number ID, a system user token, the name of an approved marketing template and its language (for example en).

Messages go only to contacts with recorded consent, and every marketing message carries an opt-out. WhatsApp Channels have no public posting API, so Kedova prepares those posts as packs.

Email newsletter

A from address on your own domain, a from name, and your SMTP host, port, username and password (or app password). Kedova adds the unsubscribe footer and a plain-text version automatically.

Webhook (Zapier, Make, Buffer, n8n)

A webhook URL and, optionally, a signing secret. When a post is approved, Kedova sends it as JSON with an X-Kedova-Signature HMAC header, so your automation can verify it and publish anywhere.

Discord and Slack

The channel’s incoming webhook URL.

Blog

Nothing to connect. Kedova hosts your blog, with an RSS feed and a newsletter sign-up that uses double opt-in.

YouTube, TikTok, Google Business Profile and others

Nothing to connect. These platforms don’t offer an API Kedova may use, so each approved post becomes a ready-to-post pack — copy, sized creative or script, alt text and hashtags. They wait under Ready to post: post each one, then tap Mark posted so your calendar and reports stay accurate.

Approvals from WhatsApp

  1. Open Settings, enter your number under WhatsApp approvals and tick the box to agree to receive the messages.
  2. When posts need your approval, a message arrives from Kedova (Korevra’s verified WhatsApp business number) with a one-tap button.
  3. Tap Review and approve. A signed, expiring link opens the drafts in Kedova, where you approve, edit or ask for changes in plain words.
  4. You can also get daily digests and lead alerts the same way.

You can always approve in the app instead, under Approvals. If you belong to an approval chain, you are only asked when it’s your turn. To stop the messages, untick the box in Settings.

Credits

Each thing Kedova makes uses credits from your monthly allowance (Solo 600, Studio 2,500, Agency 6,000). Rough costs:

ActionCredits
A content package (one brief, every channel version)≈ 6
A branded creative, in every size≈ 1
An AI photograph≈ 6
A week’s strategy plan≈ 12

You are alerted at 70% and 90%. At 100%, generation pauses and Kedova offers a top-up: 500 credits for ₦15,000 ($12) or 2,000 credits for ₦50,000 ($39), plus VAT on naira prices. There is never a surprise overage, and publishing posts you have already approved doesn’t use credits.

Billing

  • Plans: Solo ₦25,000, Studio ₦85,000 and Agency ₦250,000 a month; Enterprise by quotation. See pricing.
  • VAT: 7.5% is added to naira prices at checkout and shown on your invoice.
  • Payment: through Flutterwave or Paystack, using the methods they offer at checkout. Kedova never sees or stores your full card number.
  • Annual billing: ten times the monthly price, billed once a year.
  • Invoices and usage: under Billing & usage in the app.
  • Changing plan: upgrade from Billing & usage whenever you need more brands, users, channels or credits.
  • Ad spend: billed by Google or Meta to your own ad account. Kedova never holds or resells ad spend.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from Billing & usage. Kedova keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. After that your data stays readable for 30 days, then it is deleted — so export anything you want to keep from Settings. The privacy policy explains what we must keep by law.

If you cancel during the free trial, nothing is charged: there is no card on file.

Exporting and deleting data

  • Export: in Settings → Export this workspace, owners and admins can download the brand kit, products, plans, posts, leads, contacts, reports and the audit log as JSON.
  • Delete your account: Settings → Delete my account removes you from every workspace and deletes your login. If you own an organisation, its subscription is cancelled and its data is deleted after 30 days.
  • Disconnect a channel: from Channels.
  • Data-protection requests: email hello@korevra.com with “Data protection request” in the subject.
